The doctor explained things professionally. The desk staff was kind, and as for the manager... well? It was the most expensive estimate among the plastic surgery clinics I’ve been to, and he looked unmotivated. On this day especially, maybe he was tired, but he barely spoke and only answered in short phrases... I had high expectations, so it was disappointing.
