The director examines your nose by touching it. They show all the rhinoplasty case photos and proceed without any pressure. The atmosphere is one of speaking honestly. It seems they don't really do very extreme noses, and from the cases I saw, the nose shape didn't change that much from the pre-op nose, and the shape looked fine too. The cost goes up depending on whether it is open or closed, whether capsulectomy is done, and so on.
