It felt like there was overtreatment. I went for a consultation about removing nasal implants, but I hadn’t had silicone inserted. I was consulting about removing only the nasal tip material, yet they said the tip would have to be tied again. When I said I didn’t want that because it would feel like revision surgery, they said it would collapse and couldn’t be done. But other removal reviews say that when only cartilage is involved, removal alone is possible. At the same time, they said the initial surgery price always starts at that amount. It felt strongly as though they were adding more procedures just to charge that much, so I’m leaving this review because I think others should be careful.
