It is famous for nose surgery, so I visited after making a consultation reservation. They called before my appointment time and asked whether I was really coming today and whether I could arrive on time. When I visited, there was no waiting, and they gave me a chart and had me write down the shape I wanted for my nose, any discomfort, and so on, then I went straight into the director consultation. I wrote that I was scared of nose surgery and that if nasal wing reduction could solve it, I would rather get nasal wing reduction, so they said nasal wing reduction alone would be fine. When I said I was also worried it might make my nose pinched later if I got rhinoplasty, they said that if they only reduced it a little from the start, it would be fine. When I asked about pinching beside the nose, they honestly said they themselves do not wear makeup, so they did not know. There was some pressure to hurry out, and while they were trying to look at the questions I had prepared, they suddenly pulled up a PPT (a PPT briefly explaining what questions to ask). Rather than helpful questions, it felt like, since there is no time, ask what you need to ask quickly and leave. So I only heard the price for local anesthesia for nasal wing reduction, then went to talk with the consultation manager right away. The consultation manager also spoke so fast it felt like I was being pushed out, briefly repeated what had been said with the director, and that was it. When I asked why they were not consulting me about the nose tip, they said it was because I said I mostly wanted nasal wing reduction. I visited at 11 a.m., not lunch time or closing time, but the consultation felt rushed as if I were being hustled out. Maybe because it was a surgery that does not make money, or maybe because that day they were closing earlier than usual, but it did not feel like I received a proper consultation, and it just felt like I wasted my time coming and going..
