I consulted last year so I do not remember the price exactly, but at the consultation they said that among the materials written on the desk (ear cartilage, septum, rib?) they would choose and use whichever they wanted during the surgery. When I asked whether the septum was absolutely necessary, they said they would have to open it up and judge for themselves T_T As for the shape, they said it would be okay not to shave down the hump and only raise the tip, but at another clinic they said that then the tip would not hold up later and would drop, so that would be difficult.
