I liked the surgery method, the doctor’s care, and the manager’s kindness, and I was happy that they explained everything I needed before I even asked. But because I worry a lot, when I asked about CCTV, they said in a rather rigid and firm tone that CCTV viewing is absolutely not allowed, which caught me off guard a little. The facilities seemed okay overall. Because it’s a functional issue, I think it’s good that an ENT doctor is someone I can trust and leave it to.
