Nose Surgery review at Kokorain (코코라인) · 2022-02-14

I talked with the manager, then with the doctor, and then the manager came back in and explained the surgery-related matters in more detail. It seemed like the manager briefed the doctor on what the patient had said, then came back in and gave a similar consultation. Maybe because this place only does noses, the manager also looked at my nose and picked out my concerns well. The manager was kind, and the doctor was kind too, but the doctor seemed busy and left, so I couldn't ask everything I wanted... That gave me a slight bad feeling. I worried that during surgery too, if the schedule is busy, what then? What I liked: they shaped it with cotton swabs while explaining how it would change, and my nose didn't look too long but just right, so their aesthetic sense seemed good. They looked at the overall balance of my face and told me what needed to be done. They recommended nostril lifting, the nose tip, and the bridge. Because my nose was lifted, they recommended a straight-but-slightly-low bridge line. Except for the bridge, the recommendation matched the direction of surgery I had been thinking about, so I liked that. A man in the waiting room briefly took off his mask, and his nose was so pretty that I was immediately drawn in. What I didn't like: my nasal bridge wasn't that low, but they recommended a silicone bridge. It felt like they were recommending exactly according to this clinic's own design style. Most importantly, they said they would use the septum and ear cartilage without even doing a CT scan... For a short nose like mine, there is almost no septal cartilage, so if they remove it, the nose could become crooked later, but I was bothered that they said they would use the septum without even checking whether it was usable. I thought the reason some people say their noses became crooked after surgery at this clinic might be because the material was septal cartilage. The design would probably be pretty, but I'm too afraid of later complications to decide easily
