I went first for correction of a bulbous nose. We decided to use cartilage tying and ear cartilage plus septal cartilage to shape the line. They recommended an implant, but I refused. They did reconsider the recommendation, since my face is flat, my forehead is flat, and my nasal bridge isn't that high either It was Saturday, so they were relaxed, and they explained the surgery direction, while the rest was explained by the manager. I felt like they would do it naturally and well, so I put down the deposit right away
