I had my first surgery, and even my really close friends and family didn't know... lol Did they just open and close my nose..? They talked as if they were going to use ear cartilage, but after surgery it turned out they only used septal cartilage. Since they dissolved the filler and put in silicone, there was no difference in the bridge compared to before surgery, and now my nose is just stiff and uncomfortable. And I feel like the tip of my nose became more blunt than before. I get way more boogers and a lot more runny nose than before the surgery. Anyway, after about a year I'll probably get revision surgery.... I really realized that for a nose job to look good, it has to be flashy and obvious. I'm really suspicious whether this place is actually famous for nose surgery...
