In July 2013, I visited four clinics in Apgujeong over the summer while looking into things, and I had surgery here. My concern was a hump that protruded in the middle of the nasal bridge and a round, puffy nose, and the common point from all four places was that my skin was thin, so they couldn't raise the silicone much, and since my nasal bridge wasn't especially low to begin with, the maximum would be 1 to 2 mm. They used the septum and ear cartilage, and I decided after looking at the final review photos. This place is very natural overall. I also had rhinitis surgery together because of a deviated septum, and my nose was wide open, so it was fine for about 5 years, but now the rhinitis symptoms have come back a little. The line is straight-to-slightly-raised, and since it was my first surgery, the nose height and refined tip during the first few months while swelling was still present were very pretty. At this point now, it has become very natural. My nose was originally on the larger side, so my nostrils were also round and big, and after surgery they became longer and bigger, so when I asked if they could reduce that, they waved their hands and absolutely opposed it, saying it would become unnatural. Right now, at rest my nose looks smaller than before; when I smile, the spread of the nose is natural, but since I expected a small, pretty nose, it looks a little large compared with my overall face. When I take photos, the asymmetry is obvious, and my nose was slightly crooked, but after surgery the front view is a straight nose line. However, from below the nostril sizes are a little different, and the left and right sides are still different in photos, so that part wasn't corrected. Unless you look closely, it's not very noticeable. As an otolaryngology specialist, they seem to do it at just the right level without overdoing it, but looking at my current state, I personally think a plastic surgery clinic would have been able to make the cosmetic part prettier. So far there have been no major side effects, and occasionally when I'm tired the nose tip feels a bit sharp, but after resting well it goes back to normal, and that has happened occasionally since last year. The nose shape has become higher and more defined, and even when I'm not smiling the front view is smaller than before, so there are a few things I'm disappointed with, but I don't want to keep poking at my nose and overdoing it, so I'm living with it. I really worried until the day before surgery about putting in silicone, but I'm still thankful that there have been no side effects so far. For reference, there was no CT scan here, and after surgery I received a record card with details about what the nose surgery was done with.
