I went in with high expectations because I really liked the line and the before/after photos, but during the consultation the director kept lowering their mask and talking in a cramped space, which was a bit uncomfortable. I got a weird feeling that if they ruined my nose, they wouldn't take responsibility, so I didn't make a reservation. I think I wanted to have surgery with a warm-hearted director. The consultation manager was very unprofessional, and then the next day they even called from their personal phone number to ask whether I had decided to book.
