The eyelid from another hospital had loosened, so I went there through a friend's recommendation. They did it cleanly in a short time under local anesthesia. It ended up a little uneven, but they had told me in advance that was a possibility, so I went ahead with the surgery knowing that. I'm satisfied with the result, and I like that if it loosens again, the after-service is free.
