First of all, I was really sorry that I arrived a bit later than my appointment time, but I was grateful that the manager still welcomed me kindly. The director was especially kind, and I liked that they focused on each individual person by even asking why I wanted to get double eyelid surgery. And their confidence in the surgery gave me trust. I also liked that they clearly said what would and wouldn’t work, so there was no confusion. I was grateful that they even gave detailed advice like telling me to refuse it if another place recommends this kind of procedure during a consultation.
