I had an eye consultation and they strongly recommended incision. Looking at how my double eyelids made at another hospital by the non-incision method had loosened twice, it seems incision was the right choice. A friend had surgery here and ended up with a bit of a scar on the eyes, so I was a little worried. But they seem to assess things accurately.
