I went for consultations for my eyes, nose, and contouring~ Before the in-person consultation, they were very detailed and helpful over KakaoTalk, so I was intrigued and had high expectations. But the manager seemed a bit confused, and even though I made the in-person consultation reservation almost a month in advance, the wait on the day was long, and I couldn't even meet the contouring doctor. Overall, it felt like they didn't really understand what I wanted and there were a lot of unclear points. I wish it had been a systematic and careful hospital.. it's disappointing.
