They strongly pressured me to pay a deposit, saying the price would only be available if I booked today, and it felt very burdensome. They asked which other hospitals I had been to and spoke badly about them. The waiting time was long, and it was a hospital with many foreigners, especially Japanese people. The director was fairly kind and gave a good consultation.
