I went to make a consultation reservation for nose surgery, but I ended up waiting three hours because the doctor had gone into surgery. I didn’t even arrive late for the consultation appointment, and honestly the only memory I have is of the consultation manager being awful. I took time out to go there, but I had no choice but to wait. The doctor looked at my nose and honestly explained things pretty well, but I got the feeling it wasn’t a good fit for me, so I decided to pass.
