Before I even went in, I did see a staff member badmouthing a patient, but during the consultation they were kind... And the doctor explained everything in detail, writing numbers from 1 onward, and showed me all the lines. He’s the kind of person who absolutely does not recommend ptosis correction unless it’s truly ptosis!! And he said that if there’s fat to remove during surgery, he would remove it without extra cost, so it felt honest?
