Most of the reviews said they explain things in detail, but maybe because I got squeezed in for a same-day appointment, they seemed kind of bothered. Were they tired? Or maybe just busy? Anyway, there was no detailed explanation, and I went because I thought, as soon as I saw the reviews, that this was the place for me, but every time I asked a question they seemed bothered, so I didn’t really have much trust in the surgery.
