The doctor wasn't exactly kind, but the surgery was done with expertise. He explained the surgery method properly from the very beginning and told me in a clear, confident way what I needed. He seemed to have strong opinions because he was older and had a lot of experience. He clearly said which surgeries should not be done and which ones could be effective if done. He said ptosis correction is a surgery other hospitals sell aggressively to make money, so he doesn't do it except for the very small number of people who truly need upper blepharoplasty, and he said I didn't need medial canthoplasty either. He was stubborn and professional, so he didn't feel gentle, but the consultation manager made up for that shortcoming. The consultation manager also seemed experienced, sharp, and good at her job.
