After seeing the before-and-after photos, it was a style I like, so I made a consultation appointment and went, but the consultation manager was really bad. Should I say her tone was lecturing? And the consultation with the doctor was good. He was busy so he didn't explain in detail, but even in a short consultation he seemed skilled and was the type to say what's not possible isn't possible, so I felt a sense of trust. But because of the consultation manager, I don't think I'll have the surgery there..
