At first, it wasn't as bad as the review about the manager with the bob haircut said, and they didn't force me to book, but they also weren't especially kind... They didn't seem as friendly as other hospitals. The director just glanced at my eyes and said there was nothing to consult about, I just had to get surgery, so overall it felt a bit careless. I went because I liked the reviews, but I don't think I'll get surgery here.
