That bob-haired head consultant really seemed to push her own opinion too much. Even before I consulted with the director, she kept saying things like I absolutely had to do this, and it lowered my trust, so I decided I wouldn’t do it here. I felt like even if the surgery went wrong, she would still insist on her own opinion? The director is really kind and looked at my eyes carefully. And the hospital facilities are worse than a small neighborhood dental clinic. It didn’t feel like a plastic surgery clinic at all.
