The consultant had a lot of bad comments about her here, so I went prepared, but maybe they fixed things after seeing this place, because it was better than I expected. Still, she was pushy, and without even looking at photos or listening to what I wanted, as soon as she came in she just said, "You only need to do ~~~, miss ~." Then after discussing a few things, she said I should do it today even before I had a chance to see the doctor. I hadn't even tried to set the line yet, and I hadn't met the doctor either. So when I said that, she said, "Oh, do you want to see the doctor?" and then called him in. But when the doctor came in, it felt like he was asking why he had been called, and when I showed the photos, he only set one line and said, "It'll turn out like this," and that was it. When I brought up the things I was worried about, he acted like asymmetry was just something to expect... I get what they were trying to do, but I don't think consultations should be done like that. The doctor wasn't rude exactly, but he gave me a very perfunctory feeling.
