It's definitely safe and natural. But because of that, it doesn't change dramatically. I kind of wonder if it would've been better to go when I was younger and ask for something a bit more glamorous. The director seems, as you can tell from the blog posts, rational and calm. But he smells like cigarettes on his hands and is a bit stubborn. The staff are very kind. Even though I used autologous costal cartilage, it feels soft and I don't have to worry about side effects.
