I had a revision surgery 4-5 years ago. They did change it well from a blunt nose to a slimmer nose, but because of my thin skin, the ear cartilage became sharp and there was no columella anyway (there never was one). Compared to my old nose, I’m very satisfied and it’s a nose I feel I could just live with, but the flaws keep catching my eye, so I’m thinking about yet another revision surgery.
