I had my nose bridge done a few times, and since the perfection of tuning is the original, I had the silicone removed. They did such a good job on the tip that I was very satisfied with the nose shape, but it's disappointing that the outer skin got damaged The hospital says it was my fault, but I think the subcutaneous fat and dermal layer got damaged from the inside, so maybe there was a problem during dissection, but I guess the hospital is right..
