First, unlike what I saw on YouTube, the director seemed very low-energy and tired. They were somewhat cynical too, and did not seem especially warm or kind. Even when I asked questions, the answers did not inspire confidence; it felt as though they did not know the exact answer themselves and answered ambiguously. As a patient, I felt uneasy about trusting them with my eyes, so after only getting a consultation, I thought, “Ah, I should rule this place out.”
