I was worried after reading reviews saying the doctor looked tired and was not kind, but they answered my questions well and it was okay. However, unless I kept asking questions, they did not explain in detail. I heard they analyze with AI, but it was basically just taking photos and checking eye length. Still, they created the crease several times and clearly told me how it would change from my current crease, which I liked. The surgery schedule was also readily available.
