I had a double eyelid surgery with medial canthoplasty using natural adhesion. I was told I would need a consultation to know whether a canthoplasty was possible, so without overthinking it, I mainly focused on getting the double eyelid surgery first. That was why I went for the consultation. But even before I brought up canthoplasty, after checking my eyes, they said I had little fat above the eyelids and that I was a candidate for natural adhesion. At the beginning, bruising and swelling were natural, so I did not really worry about it. There was no painful discomfort, and the only limitation was washing, so other than that it was just okay. Because it was done with natural adhesion, after about a week I could clearly feel the swelling going down. The line was neatly set, and once my eyes opened up, my whole image looked really different. I could finally understand what people meant when they said a face looks full of vitality. More than anything, trusting the director and doing the canthoplasty together was the best decision.
