About 6 to 7 years ago, after I had contour surgery, I had a facelift because of sagging. Before the surgery, of course I looked into many places and went for consultations, and the reason I chose here was that the director was kind and the consultation was thorough. When I was searching on my own, there were some stories about the consultation time, but personally I did not feel it was short at all, and even though I asked many questions, they answered them all. Since it was a major surgery, I had prepared a lot of questions in advance, and there was no sign of annoyance
