From my first consultation, everyone was kind and the consultation was good, so I liked it. I already knew that I needed a forehead reduction surgery, and since I came thinking it was the best place and not worrying about cost, the consultation felt trustworthy, and I decided on surgery right away and had it done. The result was of course very satisfying, and it has been almost 4 years since the surgery now, and it has held up well. They matched my forehead length to suit my face, which I really like. Especially my eyebrow shape was a bit like angry eyebrows?, but they pulled it so that it became almost straight, and I really like that.
