I was left disappointed not only with the surgical result, but also with how the clinic responded. During the consultation and before and after the surgery, I asked several questions because I had things I wanted to know, but it was often hard to get a clear answer. Rather than explaining things specifically, they gave me the feeling of just brushing the questions aside, so it was difficult to build enough trust.
