I was very worried because of my previous surgery, but the director carefully examined my current nose condition and explained in detail why revision surgery was necessary and what approach would be best, which reassured me. I received a consultation about using costal cartilage, and they explained one by one why it would be used, its pros and cons, and the recovery process, which cleared up many of my questions. They were not just pushing surgery
