This is a revision rhinoplasty case using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, with only the nasal tip done and the nasolabial angle corrected. I had previously had a tip surgery at an ENT clinic using septal cartilage for the tip, and I developed a lot of scar tissue, so I looked into revision surgery.
