My nose was originally low and did not have much of a bridge. I had nose surgery with ear cartilage when I was 20, but over time it gradually sagged, so I looked into revision surgery with autologous costal cartilage. I decided to have the surgery because the consultation was kind and detailed, and I liked the director. The result was satisfying, and everyone says my nose is high and pretty. However, because of the nature of autologous costal cartilage, I think I have to accept that there is a scar under the chest and that because the nose is hard, I have no choice but to come out to boyfriends. The aftercare after surgery was also good.
