The coordinator comes first, then the doctor. When I was consulting with the coordinator, it was just so-so and they said they recommended incision. When I said I was worried about asymmetry, they said flatly that it couldn't be done. It seems like they couldn't even match it a little. Boo-hoo. Honestly, that was the end for me right there... I wanted it to be not perfect, but roughly evened out. Since I had a lot of hooded eyelid skin, they recommended incision. My consultation with the doctor was also just so-so; I didn't really feel a big difference. It was almost the same as the coordinator's consultation? There was basically no difference.
