The wait time was about 30 minutes, and the director? Staff? were completely busy on the phone. There were a lot of people in the hospital and it was cramped. I did the staff consultation first, then the doctor's consultation. The staff member drew the line and explained things too. Then I went out and met the doctor. They did explain things well, but the consultation was really short. I couldn't even ask the questions I had I did like the line the staff member drew, but they recommended an incision, so
