When I visited this clinic, I was in a really bad state with a contracted nose, and at other places they told me to wait a year even if it was hard, but I could not bear to look at my own face and only wanted revision surgery as soon as possible. Here they confidently said it would be possible after six months, so I went ahead, but inflammation symptoms appeared after the surgery. I think the right answer for a contracted nose is to go to a place that performs the surgery with great care. Of course, they probably handle noses without problems well
