The director was not as friendly as at other hospitals, but he answered the questions I needed very clearly and seemed highly professional. He stated the priorities very directly. For rhinoplasty, he recommended septal cartilage, and said the bridge also needed to be shaved down. I was very scared and did not want to go through with it, but the director seemed to have good reviews and looked confident, so I booked the surgery. The consultation manager was more comfortable to deal with than at other places, and I liked that she was not overly friendly. They gave me a quote for the nose using silicone to raise it
