I first had the surgery using septal cartilage and ear cartilage, but in less than a year the tip of my nose dropped too much, so I became dissatisfied and paid an extra 700,000 won for AS and had it redone with donated rib cartilage. At first it came out exactly as the straight-but-slightly-raised line I wanted, so I was really happy, but after a year and a half the tip of my nose slowly started to drop again, so I am thinking maybe I should go all the way to autologous costal cartilage.. If you like a definite straight line or something a bit more flashy, do not be scared and I think it would be much better to do the first surgery with autologous costal cartilage
