Both the director and the consultation manager were kind and explained everything in detail, which gave me confidence. In particular, they measured the septum size directly and recommended materials based on that, so it was easy to understand the material they suggested. However, since I was pursuing a natural line, it is really, really expensive, so I wonder whether the level of satisfaction after surgery will be worth the price.. Still, during the consultation I came to believe that if I do it here, I probably won't have complications, so I have already made a reservation (I searched for a lot of reviews, but couldn't find any cases of complications).
