Still, he did explain a surgical method for improving the shape: first, donated rib cartilage and autologous rib cartilage are optional, and as support they use only one layer while reusing the cartilage that was already there. And for the nasal bridge, he said they would raise the sunken middle part and correct it into a straight line. When I said I wanted a wider silicone implant than the current one, he said that was possible. After looking at my condition, he said the surgery could be done right away. It would be done under sedation anesthesia, and he said he would not do much capsule removal. Oh, and he also said that if possible, alar reduction would be effective for improving asymmetry. But I did not want alar reduction, so I felt disappointed about that part. If done with donated rib cartilage, it would be 8.05 million won.
