I went because it was famous, but during the consultation process it became a place I ruled out. I felt that neither the doctor nor the consultation staff saw the patient as anything more or less than a way to make money. I get that they were confident and had nothing to regret, but at the very least they should have listened to the patient. I honestly wondered what they were so angry about. The patient's needs did not matter; the doctor had already decided that this nose had to be treated this way. I do not know, since I have not had the surgery, but still... I just left thinking, wow, what an amazing person. I went there for a consultation and ended up sitting through 20 minutes of medical knowledge about noses in video form. This was just something I wrote to get points; otherwise it would have been erased from my memory. Other reviews said they were kind... maybe the day I went was just a bad day for them. Anyway, I hope their business goes well~
