First, when I went there, they showed me a video about my rhinitis. This method seems to explain things in more detail and is easier to understand, but even though I paid for the consultation, I felt like I wasn't getting a direct explanation from the doctor and was only hearing detailed explanations through a video, so I didn't really feel convinced. Of course, this method might be good for other people. And aside from the consultation manager seeming a little annoyed, the overall atmosphere was friendly. However, the waiting time was about an hour, even though I had made a reservation in advance.
