I visited for consultation because of a hump nose and a functional nose issue. From the very first time I went to the clinic, the atmosphere was comfortable, and the staff were kind. Even though I asked many questions because I did not know much about the functional side of my nose or the surgery process, they explained everything in detail and in an easy-to-understand way. I liked that they picked up on the vague points I had in mind on the cosmetic side. After I told them the feeling I wanted and what I was currently worried about with my nose, they accurately identified the points I had been thinking about and explained realistically which direction would suit me, so the consultation was much more satisfying. It felt like they were consulting with both the functional and cosmetic aspects in mind, so overall I was very satisfied.
