I had my first nose surgery and I am at the 2-week mark now. The director was kind and gentle in the consultation. He said aesthetic sense comes down to a tiny difference in detail, so I trusted him and went ahead. He matched the direction I wanted well, and the overall harmony and shape are really nice, but my columella is tilted right now, so maybe it's swelling or something and my nostrils are uneven. I plan to ask again when I go back for my one-month follow-up.
