That part was burdensome, and after the director's consultation, I met with the coordinator, who strongly recommended alar base surgery as necessary. I didn't want to have alar base reduction, so I asked if I could just get nose surgery, and they said that wasn't possible.. ㅎ They insisted that I had to follow their surgical approach, and if you weren't okay with that, you shouldn't have surgery at their clinic, which was such a strange attitude, so I passed.
