The consultation was extremely friendly and confident. They checked with ultrasound and assessed the condition. Since there were no superficial signs of inflammation or contracture, they said not to remove it right away and to observe the progress. They also recommended Megaderm if there was concern about losing nasal bridge support after removing the silicone. I kept feeling the foreign-body sensation from the silicone, so I had the silicone removed and underwent revision surgery with Megaderm. The foreign-body sensation and pain improved a lot, but as the Megaderm gets absorbed, the shape is a bit disappointing, though I accept that as a limit of Megaderm. The manager was also very calm and kind, so I could trust them and go ahead with surgery, and the other staff were kind too.
