First of all, I had silicone and ear cartilage in my nose, and when I had the consultation, they checked my nose condition accurately through an ultrasound exam. They spoke very confidently, and I was worried about side effects like my nose being pulled up if I had everything removed, but they said not to worry about that and that even if everything was removed it would not get pulled up. Also, I have a support strut in place, and I was very worried that the nose would collapse if the strut was removed, so I asked about that clearly.
